update on Cedar Bluff & Ordination---request

Good Morning Everyone!

Wanted to let everyone know that Cedar Bluff have voted me in as Pastor.

I am very excited about what God will do for the church and my family through this. The folks at Cedar Bluff captured my heart from the first service there. God has dealt with my heart about the Pastorate for sometime now, but had never opened the door for any length of time. I preached at Cedar Bluff for the first time last August. Yes it has been a while, but my prayer and their prayer was that God’s will be done in HIS time not ours. I believe that God has(is) having His will, and that he will continue to do so as long as His people seek His face.

I want to invite all the preachers that are in my mailing list to come to my ordination this Saturday October 7, 2006 @ 4:00 p.m. at Bays Mountain Baptist Church

You that I have a phone number I will call. All others please accept my apologies for not officially calling you, but please try to come if you can.

I will start at Cedar Bluff this Sunday October 8, 2006 and believe that GOD WILL do mighty things for us.

Also on another note, a co-worker has asked that we all remember his mother-in-law, she May have had a stroke her name is Elaine Cheatum. Please pray for her.
